    Overview:Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) provides engineering material solutions with exceptional wear resistance, self-lubricating properties, and outstanding chemical stability.

    1. Excellent Wear Resistance, Low Coefficient of Friction, and High Impact Strength

      • Significantly superior wear resistance compared with many materials, including metals, nylon, and POM.
      • Coefficient of friction comparable to PTFE, while offering higher wear resistance and excellent self-lubricating performance.
    2. Chemical Resistance and Non-Hygroscopic Properties

      • Excellent dimensional stability with minimal swelling or hydrolysis.
      • Resistant to acids, alkalis, and most organic solvents.
    3. Available Forms

      • Powder / Granules
      • Particle size distribution controlled within 120–260 μm.
      • Molecular weight ranging from 500,000 to 6,000,000.
